We will ensure that your apartment is fully functional and freshly cleaned!

Yes, we have onsite maintenance.  Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.

You may place a service request online through the resident portal, RENTCafe Resident app, or contact the office.

Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours.

No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service.  

During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out. 

We offer 2 Pools, 2 On-site laundry facilities, Soccer Field, Basketball court, 24-Hour Fitness Center, and a Game Room!

Tuesday - Sunday 10:00AM to 8:00PM, Closed Monday's for Maintenance.

Parking is on a first come first serve basis. No assigned parking.

Washer/Dryer hookups are found inside the apartment.

$87.50 Pet DepositIQ Bond, $250 Pet Fee per pet.

No Breed restrictions or weight limits. 2 Pet limit.

Standard appliance package includes Fridge, Dishwasher, Range, Microwave and/or Vent Hood.

No however, you can rent out from Cort Furniture Rental.

Yes. We offer 3-15 month leases. Prices vary per lease term.

You can either make an appointment, or walk in. Whatever works best for you!

We will set up your water/waste water for you. CPS energy will need to be contacted by you to start electric service.

If a guest stays longer than 7 days, it will need to be approve by office staff.

Lease termination fee and 2 month's worth of rent.
